This page is a review draft for paid design-partner pilots and is not a substitute for an executed agreement or legal advice.

Evaluation builds provide one free two-hour trial per installation. A local administrator may reset that trial from the Forge administration screen; resets are auditable and are not a transfer of ownership or a commercial license. Commercial use requires an executed agreement with Forge; this evaluation build does not include a license activation mechanism.

What a pilot agreement should cover

  • Customer site, permitted users, and deployment scope
  • Pilot period and support window
  • Included integrations
  • Customer data ownership and AI data-processing choice
  • Confidentiality
  • Security and backup responsibilities
  • Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability
  • Termination and conversion terms

No customer should rely on this draft without an agreement reviewed and accepted by the responsible legal representatives.

License

Forge MES is proprietary software. The evaluation package grants a two-hour local trial per installation, enforced by the gateway license service; trial resets are auditable and do not transfer ownership or grant production rights. Production or extended pilot use requires a signed agreement and activation supplied with the order form. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or reverse-engineering outside the signed scope is prohibited. Licensing and pilot inquiries are handled through the commercial contact named in the executed pilot agreement.

This page mirrors EULA.md and LICENSE in the Forge source repository. If the two ever disagree, the files in the repository at the time of your agreement govern.
